Job summary

Thomson Reuters Special Services (TRSS) is seeking an Analyst for on-site work across multiple U.S. locations. You will perform due diligence, threat assessments, and research using public records, proprietary data, and social media sources to support national security and civilian clients.

Strong writing and analytical skills are essential. The role requires 3+ years of research experience, a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred), and U.S.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in research/analysis using open source or social media data
• Bachelor's degree; Master's preferred
• Experience identifying risks, relationships, patterns in data
• Ability to translate complex research into clear assessments and communicate uncertainty
• Strong writing, source evaluation, and analytical thinking

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site client support and ad hoc reporting.
• Deliver insightful analysis using public records, proprietary data, and open sources.
• Communicate actionable insights through data visualization and TRSS tools.
• Collaborate with client managers and analysts to develop best practices.
• Mentor, train, and contribute to analytic development within TRSS.
