Job summary

Concentrix Corporation is seeking an AI Transformation & Platform Administrator to support Customer Care AI products and transformation initiatives. This onsite role translates operational needs into workflows, prompts, and documented solutions, working with Salesforce, Cresta, GenAI, and related tools.

You will administer platforms, test capabilities, and maintain knowledge bases to ensure high-quality customer care outcomes.

Qualifications

Experience supporting business technology, AI-enabled platforms, contact center tools, or customer care transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

Facilitate discovery sessions, stakeholder interviews, and process reviews to understand needs and outcomes.
Translate business needs into solution concepts, workflows, use cases, and requirements.
Maintain requirements traceability, approvals, and change records; support demos and walkthroughs.
Perform authorized administration for designated Customer Care AI platforms, including users, roles, permissions, and settings.
Create, test, refine, document, and maintain prompts, templates, and prompt libraries for approved use cases.
Validate AI outputs for accuracy and alignment with requirements; escalate issues to owners.
Monitor utilization, performance, and adoption; recommend improvements.
