Capgemini is seeking an AI Engineer in Dallas, TX to design and operate production AI agents and multi-agent workflows using LangGraph and LangChain. You’ll own the evaluation harness and governance for AI safety and performance, with focus on observability, incident response, and cost-aware optimization.

The role emphasizes GCP deployment, Vertex AI, and CI/CD pipelines. The position requires 5+ years of software engineering, 2+ years in LLM/agentic apps, and strong Python skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• 2+ years focused on LLM or agentic applications.
• Experience building AI agents in production.
• Hands-on with AI observability and evals.
• Deep experience with LangGraph and LangChain.
• Strong Python engineering and CI/CD.
• Familiarity with RLAIF/RLHF concepts.

Responsibilities

• Design and operate production agents and multi-agent workflows using LangGraph, LangChain, and deep-agent patterns.
• Instrument for observability with tracing and telemetry across agents and tools.
• Own the evaluation harness including golden sets and AI-judge pipelines.
• Optimize using one-change-at-a-time experiments with gated releases.
• Collaborate with architects, data scientists, SRE, and client stakeholders.
