Job summary

TRIGO ADR Americas is seeking a Technical Subcontract Management field support role located in the Detroit area. The position focuses on providing on-site oversight at LM supplier facilities, coordinating with multiple functions to prioritize components and ensure on-time delivery.

The candidate should have industrial engineering experience, direct manufacturing exposure, and strong communication skills to interact with suppliers and LM teams. A U.S.

Qualifications

• Experience with Industrial Engineering in an aerospace supply chain context.
• Direct Manufacturing experience with parts fabrication and tooling.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems such as SAP.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site support at Lockheed Martin supplier facilities.
• Collaborate with supplier personnel to prioritize components through manufacturing.
• Validate status of deliverable parts and report to LM procurement.
• Prepare plans to reduce shortages and identify supply risks.
• Coordinate across production, procurement, quality, and engineering to expedite parts.
• Communicate clearly with supplier personnel at varying levels of the organization.
• Build relationships with multiple stakeholders and maintain strong interpersonal skills.
