Job summary

Unitek Technical Services provides supplier management, development, and related technical services to corporations around the world. The TSM will be responsible for onsite support at Lockheed Martin supplier facilities, spending roughly 90% of time on location.

As a field-based project manager, you will work with supplier personnel to prioritize components, validate status, and develop mitigation plans to minimize disruptions to LM’s supply chain. US citizenship and a W2 contract apply.

Qualifications

• Understanding of production processes as they relate to aircraft systems components and avionics equipment.
• Ability to analyze supplier processes and develop improvement plans in collaboration with supplier and LM personnel.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interface with supplier personnel at various levels.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple LM suppliers as a field-based project manager.
• Prioritize components through manufacturing and validate deliverable status for LM procurement.
• Develop risk mitigation plans to minimize supply chain disruptions and shortages.
• Collaborate across production, procurement, quality, and engineering to expedite parts.
