Job summary

The Boeing Company invites motivated students to join our Quality Specialist Intern program for Summer 2027. This 10-12 week onsite internship emphasizes safety, quality, and collaborative problem solving in a world-class aerospace environment.

You will gain hands-on experience, mentoring, and exposure to Boeing's manufacturing and research facilities while developing skills in project management, data analysis, and cross-functional teamwork. Relocation may be offered where eligible.

Qualifications

• Be currently enrolled in a college or university with expected graduation on or after August 2027.
• Availability to work full-time for 10-12 weeks during Summer 2027.
• Meet Export Control compliance as a “U.S. Person” (U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee).

Responsibilities

• Support reviews of proposals, contracts, regulatory, program, and customer requirements, ensuring safety and quality are embedded in plans and practices.
• Assist with maintaining Quality directives, policies, processes, procedures, and metrics, while demonstrating ownership and diligence.
• Collect and analyze data to identify root causes of routine problems, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
• Support research and analysis of performance reports with accuracy and responsibility to enhance process capability.
• Prepare for hardware, software, and system-level audits, supporting trustworthy transparency and compliance.
• Compile data for material review disposition, through respectful collaboration with cross-functional teams.
