Job summary

Pratt & Whitney is seeking an RSAF Materials Analyst to manage material and transactional activities supporting RSAF BOA/EMMP with the Columbus Engine Center. This onsite role in East Hartford interfaces with the RSAF customer to ensure material requirements and contractual obligations are met.

You will develop forecasts, manage logistics, analyze data, and coordinate international shipments while ensuring export controls and compliance. Strong SAP and Microsoft Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• BS or BA degree
• 5 years of Business, Supply Chain, or Customer service experience or an Advanced degree with 3 years of Business, Supply Chain, or Customer service experience
• Intermediate knowledge level of SAP functions & Microsoft products, specifically Excel & PowerPoint
• Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
• Ability to travel domestic or international up to 10%
• US Citizenship required due to government contracts

Responsibilities

• Interface with the RSAF Customer on all aspects of the BOA & EMMP contracts.
• Material Management - forecasting, schedule alignment, logistics and capacity planning; communicate and prepare for program reviews, material alignment, sourcing, expedite, shipments, invoicing and financial planning.
• Understand customer critical pacing material and Pratt & Whitney supplier capacity constraints.
• Data Analysis – collect and present data to internal/external teams and leadership clearly.
• Review materials' Export Control Classification Numbers (ECCN) and assign export licenses for compliance.
