Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years working in a technical field or technical call center environment required.
• Ability to read and learn OEM service information and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform remote vehicle scanning, programming, and calibrations for the collision shop.
• Collaborate with ADAS Customer Support Technicians and Team Leads.
• Access OEM software tools and service information to ensure procedures are followed.

Strong PC skills including proficiency in Microsoft or Google environments
