The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of finance and accounting experience, preferably in construction, along with strong ERP and Excel skills. The position offers a salary between $95k and $125k, plus benefits such as a 401k match and paid time off.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Finance & Accounting with P&L responsibility.
• 3+ years in a Leadership Position.
• Experience with accounting for construction related trades.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting and back-office operations.
• Manage AR, AP, account reconciliations, and collections.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and internal controls.
