Job summary

CFS is seeking an Accounting Coordinator in Orlando, FL to support day-to-day accounting operations in a fast-paced, onsite environment.

You will reconcile transactions, process vendor payments, and assist with month-end close while collaborating with internal teams. A bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance and at least three years of accounting support experience are preferred, with strong Excel skills for high-volume workloads.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in accounting support, coordination, or reconciliations.
• Intermediate Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables, for high-volume work.

Responsibilities

• Manage and reconcile credit card and ACH transactions with proper documentation.
• Process vendor payments and expense reports with compliant records.
• Onboard vendors and manage payment workflows as primary contact.
• Partner with treasury and other departments to support operations.
• Assist with month-end close, accruals, and bill payment tracking.
