Job summary

Sensient Technologies Corporation is seeking an Accountant to join our Milwaukee team. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to accurate financial reporting and process excellence in a dynamic, global environment.

You will support month-end close, intercompany and payroll processes, and assist with audits and quarterly reviews. Onsite 5 days per week with comprehensive benefits and training during onboarding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent education.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience in JD Edwards or equivalent general ledger system.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support month-end close activities, including journal entry preparation, management reporting, and account reconciliations.
• Process intercompany and payroll transactions.
• Collaborate with internal departments and global affiliates to answer accounting queries and maintain records.
• Support the quarterly financial statement review and year-end audit process, including preparing supporting documentation and financial statements/footnotes.
• Assist in special projects as needed.
