Qualifications

• Completed Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• BCBA certification in progress preferred.
• Strong ABA, program management, and clinical skills.
• Excellent written and spoken communication, time-management, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to give and receive constructive feedback within a team.
• Bilingual skills valued.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage client sessions, ensuring quality clinical care.
• Develop and oversee clinical programs and case-management protocols.
• Provide education and training to client caregivers.
• Travel 30–60 miles a day to serve clients.
• Be available weekdays 8 AM–6 PM and occasionally on weekends.
