Job summary

Jet Excellence, LLC is seeking an experienced aircraft mechanic to troubleshoot, inspect and repair systems under FAA rules. You will support 24/7 readiness, work under the Director of Maintenance, and ensure fleet reliability with accurate recordkeeping.

The ideal candidate has an FAA A&P certificate, at least 2 years of maintenance experience, and a safety-first mindset. Onsite role in Sanford, NC with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• FAA A&P certificate is required and US work authorization is required.
• Minimum 2 years aircraft maintenance experience, supervisory exposure preferred.
• Strong attention to safety, accuracy, and documentation are essential.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, inspect, repair, and modify aircraft systems per FAA data.
• Coordinate with maintenance control to minimize downtime and support AOG.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and ensure compliance with specs.
