Job summary

Kohler Co. in Kohler, WI is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician for the 3rd shift to ensure reliable operation of building systems across the Hospitality & Real Estate Group.

You will perform preventative maintenance, minor repairs, and inspections, with carpentry and mechanical/electrical skills, and weekend availability.

The role requires a High School diploma and at least one year in a skilled trade, with competitive hourly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School graduate.
• Carpentry training/experience required.
• Additional technical training in mechanical, electrical, HVAC, tiling, pools, and/or plumbing preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a skilled trade.
• Weekend availability required.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance inspections and service for equipment, machinery, and systems.
• Perform simple repairs to buildings or equipment as requested through Work Orders.
• Monitor external areas of the Group facilities for safe and functional use by patrons.
• Participate in training programs to develop skills and knowledge relevant to Group facilities.
• Maintain accurate preventative maintenance inspection reports, work schedules, backlog, and completed work orders.
