Job summary

M9 Solutions is seeking an Onshore Technical Manager to work onsite with our client in Kansas City, KY. The role requires leading development across full stack technologies and coordinating with offshore teams to deliver scalable solutions.

Candidates should have 8+ years in Microsoft technologies or MEAN/MERN, plus strong design, DevOps, and cloud expertise. Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree from an accredited university.
• 8+ years of experience in Microsoft Technologies (Relevant) or as full stack (MEAN, MERN).
• Experience as onshore coordinator.
• Working experience on .Net Core, building Microservices.
• Working experience of designing & developing solutions in AWS/Azure Cloud.
• Good experience in C#, Angular 6+/React.js 16.0.0+, SQL Server.
• Good experience as Full Stack Developer (MEAN Stack or MERN Stack or both).
• Good experience in database designing, writing complex SQL queries and performance tuning.

Responsibilities

• Interact with the business team to discuss, translate requirements to user stories, and implement user stories.
• Coordinate with the offshore team for requirements/development, etc.
• Design, build and maintain efficient, reusable and reliable code.
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Drive the project to achieve milestones.
• Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate and address these issues.
• Review code and establish best practices.
