Job summary

Arion is seeking an Onshore Project Manager to lead and deliver complex onshore oil & gas projects from initiation through completion. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, staffing and subcontractors while coordinating with engineering and construction teams to meet safety, quality and performance targets.

You will also oversee client and vendor interactions, review project specifications, and ensure compliance with HSEQ requirements and company standards.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree required in a relevant field (process/mechanical/civil/electrical/instrument).
• Professional certification such as PMP/MPM is preferred.
• Licensing as a Professional Engineer (NCEES) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, staffing and subcontractor performance.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary activities to deliver on schedule and within budget.
• Lead project Engineers, review specs, drawings and vendor/client coordination.
• Monitor site visits, responses to inquiries, submittals and documents.
• Attend job-site meetings and manage change directives & change orders.
• Ensure HSEQ compliance and report project progress regularly.
