Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Petroleum or Chemical Engineering or related field.
• 7-10 years of experience in production engineering in oil and gas, with onshore focus.
• Strong experience designing and optimizing artificial lift systems to maximize production and minimize downtime.

Responsibilities

• Production optimization: analyze well performance data to identify opportunities for improving production efficiency.
• Well monitoring: implement surveillance programs to monitor well performance and issues.
• Artificial lift systems: design, optimize, and troubleshoot artificial lift systems to maximize onshore production.
• Reservoir management: collaborate with reservoir engineers to optimize hydrocarbon recovery.
• Workover and intervention: plan and oversee workover operations, including perforation and remediation.
• Production chemistry: monitor and manage issues like scale, corrosion, and emulsions to reduce downtime.
• HSE: ensure compliance with HSE regulations and mitigate risks.
• Cost management: optimize operations to reduce operating expenses while maximizing revenue.
• Continuous improvement: identify efficiency opportunities and adopt best practices.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
