Job summary

Jade Global is seeking an onshore Hyperion Administrator and EPM Cloud Support to join our team in Chicago. The role involves managing Hyperion environments, handling tickets, and performing data fixes and bug fixes in EPM PBCS/EPBCS.

The ideal candidate has 12+ years as a Hyperion Administrator with L2/L3 support, experience with on-prem administration, and strong scripting skills in PowerShell or Groovy. Hybrid work model requires at least 2 days per week at the customer office in Chicago.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience as a Hyperion Administrator and L2/L3 Support in EPM PBCS/EPBCS.
• Work on tickets/queries raised by users.
• Resolve / data fix – transactions.
• On-Prem Hyperion Administration: stop and Start of services, patching, debugging in HFM, DRM, Essbase, certificate renewals.
• Experience in Forms & Reports design, Business Rules, Data Management, SmartView, RestAPI.
• Working knowledge of PowerShell or Groovy scripting.
• Good to have experience in FCCS, ARCS and EDM.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Good team player.
• Hybrid work model: minimum 2 days a week from customer office in Chicago.
