Qualifications

• 1 Tamil and Hindi Language Fluency
• 2 English Communication Skills
• 3 Teaching Ability / Teaching Potential
• 4 Full-Time Availability
• 5 Should have personal laptop
• 6 Prior teaching/training experience preferred
• 7 Freshers may be considered with strong language proficiency
• 8 Experience online 1:1 or group classes
• 9 Familiarity with Zoom or Google Meet
• 10 Relevant qualification or certification in the language is a plus

Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging online Tamil language training sessions for learners via virtual platforms.
• Teach Tamil to learners using Hindi as the primary medium of instruction.
• Follow Bhasha's curriculum, lesson plans, PPTs, and training guidelines.
• Explain Tamil vocabulary, grammar, pronunciation, and everyday conversations clearly.
• Customize explanations based on learner level and needs within the approved curriculum.
• Encourage learners to participate in conversations and practice speaking.
• Maintain punctuality and conduct classes as scheduled.
• Provide feedback and guidance to support learner progress.
• Maintain accurate class records and complete trainer updates
• Coordinate with Bhasha operations on scheduling and learner progress
• Attend trainer briefings and quality reviews
• Ensure a professional, interactive, learner-friendly online classroom
