Tinuiti, the largest independent full-funnel marketing agency in the United States, seeks a Paid Social Strategist to plan and optimize full-funnel campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, and Reddit to grow new customers and LTV. Responsibilities

• Plan and improve full‑funnel Paid Social programs (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, Reddit).
• Collaborate with Creative, Analytics, Product/Bliss Point, and Client Leadership within your Pod.
• Set client expectations, explain options and trade‑offs, report results in plain language tied to business impact.
• Teach clients and teammates, and document best practices for reuse.
• Leverage platform features to grow results and apply Bliss Point insights to budgets and bets; ensure data health (pixel/CAPI, UTMs/GA4).
• Keep data tracking healthy and explain data limits when recommending changes.

As a Paid Social Strategist, you will plan and improve full‑funnel Paid Social programs (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, Reddit) to grow new customers, revenue, and LTV. You'll use data and creative learnings to make clear decisions, test what works, and scale winning ideas. You'll work closely with Creative, Analytics, Product/Bliss Point, and Client Leadership in your Pod, and turn your best practices into repeatable playbooks.

Set expectations with clients, explain options and trade‑offs, and report results in plain language tied to business impact.

Pair strong Paid Social craft (creative + audience + signal) with growing multi‑channel understanding (Search, Commerce, CRM, Creative).

Teach clients and teammates, and document what works so others can reuse it.

Use platform features and automation to grow results (e.g., TikTok Smart Performance; Pinterest Performance+). Apply insights from our Bliss Point product suite, including Forecasting, Always‑On Incrementality, Creative Insights, Brand Equity, to guide budgets, tests, and creative/audience bets; Data & Measurement‑Driven

Keep data and tracking healthy (pixel/CAPI, event mapping, UTMs/GA4); explain limits of the data when recommending changes.

Creative fatigue, overlapping audiences, learning‑phase resets).

Help your Pod adopt better ways of working.

Experience: 5+ years managing Paid Social across Meta and TikTok; TikTok Smart Performance; Pinterest Performance+; creative testing; Technical: Comfortable with GA4 and platform analytics; Growth: More qualified reach, more new customers, higher revenue and LTV from Paid Social.

Creative: Faster test cycles and a higher win rate; less creative fatigue.

Innovation: Regular creative, audience, bidding, and format tests with decisions recorded.

We also offer an incentive pay program (RevShare) comprising a monthly variable revenue payment opportunity and a discretionary annual performance bonus. Hiring salaries are determined through interviews and a review of education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, parity with other team members, and alignment with market data.
