A premier technical university is seeking instructors for their Software Development program. Candidates should have a Master's degree in Computer Science and relevant industry experience. This position involves teaching online, providing hands-on instruction, and supporting adult learners in a 5-week accelerated environment. Comprehensive benefits and competitive compensation are offered. Availability for evenings and weekends is required.
We are looking for instructors to teach in our undergraduate level Software Development program. No prior teaching experience is needed; we provide training, mentoring, and ongoing faculty support.
Our terms are five weeks long and offer faculty the perfect environment in which to share their specific industry experiences to help students achieve learning outcomes. Candidates must be available evenings and weekends to support our busy adult learners.
Education/Certifications:
Masters degree in Computer Science with 18 graduate semester hours in the discipline from a regionally accredited educational institution.
Experience:
3-5 years industry experience required within the last 5 years.
Required Skills:
Reliable high-speed internet required.
Responsible for supplying your own Windows-based computer and webcam that pass the ECPI University minimum requirements test.
