TELUS International AI (“TIAI”) is seeking participants to purchase or imitate purchases from provided websites and evaluate their shopping experience to help us improve online purchasing for all internet users according to the guidelines provided.

The contributors will be asked to share feedback after evaluating an online service. You will be required to fill in questionnaires providing detailed feedback about the entire user experience.

TIAI will provide virtual cards to the workers to pay for the purchases made within this project.

Responsibilities:

1. Shop at pre-selected online retailers and collect a range of detailed data
2. Complete data collection in a timely manner with error-free execution
3. Use G Suite tools to capture and annotate collected data
4. Attend and participate in training sessions as required
5. Communicate regularly with the team for calibration and alignment
6. Manage emails across multiple accounts
7. Preferred availability: 2-8 hours per week

Workload: up to 2-8 hours per week

Estimated time per task: 20 minutes

Compensation:

1. USD 15.6 per hour
2. Estimated workload: 3 tasks per hour, each taking 20 minutes
3. Payment for completed and approved tasks, following guidelines
4. This is an independent contractor position
5. Payments processed via AI Community portal - Hyperwallet

Qualifications:

1. At least 18 years old
2. 8-12 months minimum experience in data collection and review
3. Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
4. Ability to multitask effectively
5. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred
6. Regular online shopper with experience
7. Moderate proficiency with G Suite/Microsoft applications
8. Secure home location for package handling
9. Strong attention to detail and organization
10. Background check required
11. Home equipment: Printer, Smartphone, high-speed internet, personal computer
