Position Overview

In this remote role, the Online Services Specialist plays a key role in delivering exceptional customer service to users of our online compliance management system. This role involves assisting clients with continuing education and compliance training requirements via phone, chat, and email. The specialist will handle customer inquiries and issues professionally, provide guidance on navigating our online platforms, and support internal teams with administrative tasks.

Responsibilities
  • Manage incoming phone calls, support Quest CE’s Live Chat service, and respond to inquiries via email and tickets.
  • Ensure timely reporting of course completions and communicate with states/designations to resolve any issues, requiring strong attention to detail and note-taking.
  • Process daily course completion reports and review phone reports, escalating issues to the Manager of Online Services as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to complete daily processing reports.
  • Provide administrative and clerical support for the Content and Sales Teams.
  • Maintain professionalism in all client interactions.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Two years of relevant professional experience in customer service, support, or a similar role
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across various channels
  • Exceptional customer service skills, demonstrating a friendly, professional, and solution-oriented approach
  • Ability to manage challenging customer interactions with professionalism and a positive attitude
