BBQGUYS.com is seeking an entry-level Online Sales Representative with a passion for grilling and outdoor living. This remote, full-time role involves phone, chat, and email interactions with warm leads, guiding customers to the best grills and outdoor products, and building trust to close deals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in inside sales, hospitality, or retail preferred.
• Strong phone/chat/email communication skills.
• Reliable, professional, and a team player.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Basic computer proficiency; CRM experience is a plus.

What You’ll Do:
