The role requires strong communication, teamwork, attention to detail, and proficiency with MS Office. You will maintain CRM data, generate reports, and support sales growth for community offerings and amenities.

Responsibilities

• Manage all incoming internet leads from company website and outsourced companies.
• Ensure a positive experience to all potential customers online, via chat or by phone.
• Convert qualified leads into office appointments with onsite Sales Representatives.
• Enter and update information in a customer management database.
• Qualify leads to identify genuine opportunities with sales potential.
• Produce monthly sales and marketing reports (Intertrack, Sales Performance Analysis, and Marketing & Sales Cost Efficiency Analysis).
• Generate a monthly analysis of divisional website traffic, hits and sources.
• Maintain knowledge of communities, product, plans and amenities.
• Generate new customer opportunities by prospecting via telephone, email, and mail.
• Coordinate mass mailing lists and mailing of materials to prospective clients.
• Conduct business professionally to increase goodwill and profit.
• Ability to work overtime.
• Minimal overnight travel may be required for training.

D.R. Horton, Inc. is currently looking for a Online Sales Concierge. This position is onsite in our Aubrey, TX location.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage all incoming internet leads from company website and outsourced companies
• Ensure a positive experience to all potential customers whether online, live chat or by phone
• Convert qualified leads into office appointments with onsite Sales Representatives
• Enter and update information in a customer management database
• Exercise proper qualification skills to identify genuine leads that have the potential to become genuine sales opportunities
• Responsible for producing monthly sales and marketing reports (Intertrack, Sales Performance Analysis, and Marketing & Sales Cost Efficiency Analysis)
• Generate a monthly analysis of divisional website traffic, hits, source, etc.
• Maintain current knowledge of communities, product, plans and amenities
• Generate new customer opportunities by prospecting and developing existing leads through telephone, email, and mail
• Coordinate mass mailing lists and the mailing of materials to prospective clients
• Conducts all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the company
• Ability to work overtime
• Minimal overnight travel may be required for training purposes

Qualifications

Education and/or Experience

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and/or one to three years of related experience and/or training
