What's a Coma Inducer? Well, glad you asked, a Coma Inducer is the thickest, coziest, most plush, oversized bedding comforter that exists in the world! If you think it sounds too good to be true and you'd like to take a nap (or sleep in past 8am), then you're not alone! Our Coma Inducer® brand is growing rapidly and we are based right here in Nashville, TN. With our growth we need energized, enthusiastic, creatively minded - hard working individuals to help our Coma Inducer brand go to the next level.

Our fast growing company actually consists of more than just ComaInducer.com, our family of online stores also consist of Byourbed.com and DormCo.com (our flagship store that launched in 2010!). Our product brands are also featured on other online Marketplaces such as: Amazon, Wayfair and Overstock (Bed Bath & Beyond) to name a few. Now finally, in addition to our 16+ years of our Online Retail Business we have ventured into the world of RETAIL. Our first retail store for Coma Inducer has launched in downtown Nashville, a stone's throw from Printer's Alley at 216 Third Ave. N (Nashville, TN 37201). Our store is a true Coma Experience of PLUSH.

What's the position? Good question! In the world of e-commerce (retail) there is a host of positions and needs. College trains you to have a major (a focused direction), however in the world of entrepreneurial business you have to be willing and interested to take on anything. Having an aspect in business that you prefer or enjoy most is great, but being able to pivot and try out various roles and responsibilities within a growing company is what's truly needed.

Our entry level (post college graduation) position starts with working within the business from the ground up. This means regardless of your speciality (graduating major) this position starts with either customer service and office admin work or warehouse work or a combination of both. You get to select if you prefer office or warehouse related work. All team members get involved with serving our customers. It's our team + customer mentality that is the foundation of our company growth, success and enjoyable work environment.

The business of online retail. Beyond the initial 3-6 months of serving customers, our aim is to discover what you love, what you are good at and have you working within your business sweet spot on a daily basis. You may start off thinking you love graphic design and find out you have a knack for social media. Or you may discover you enjoy content writing and find your attention to detail is well suited for a different facet of the business management. Or you may know you enjoy business, but still have no clue what aspects of online retail you are best suited to tackle each day. That's okay... the last thing we want to do is plug you into a single role where you only do 1 thing all day, everyday. This doesn't best serve your business growth or acumen and it certainly doesn't help our entrepreneurially minded company to grow. At Coma Inducer the expectation is that you'll learn all aspects of online retail and play a role in working within each department. Business is complex and forever evolving. We need talented individuals that are willing and interested to roll up their sleeves, take on the work needed to get done and have an open mind to all things e-commerce.

Our Career Opportunity includes:

• Base Pay with Annual Increases (Starting Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year)
• Peak Season Bonuses, including our Trip Bonus ($2,000 annually for travel to a destination of your choice or other bonus options available if travel isn't your thing!)

Full time - Career Standard 40 Hours Weekly: 8am - 4:30pm M-F + Overtime required only in the months of July/August/December (Typically 100-150 hours annually, which could include longer days and your choice of Saturday or Sunday).
