Terminal degree required in Criminal Justice or related field.
Evidence of effective university-level administration and faculty oversight.
Evidence of effective university-level teaching and student mentorship.

Responsibilities

Review, assess, and maintain online courses and curriculum integrity.
Lead and mentor online faculty, including Instructional Mentors and Program Directors.
Coordinate hiring, interviews, and faculty training with appropriate coordinators.
Schedule courses to meet deadlines and ensure staffing with credentialed faculty.
Analyze faculty and course performance to align with student experience and university goals.
