Job summary

ShopRite of Manahawkin in New Jersey is seeking an Online Shopping Clerk to help customers place orders online, select items, and prepare orders for pickup or delivery. You will communicate any issues with customers and ensure accurate billing at checkout.

As a member of the Online Shopping team, you will handle order picking, packing into totes, and transporting orders to customers, while maintaining friendly service, safety, and efficiency in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Able to perform basic math.
• Able to stand/walk for long shifts.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
• Able to interact with customers in a friendly way.

Responsibilities

• Identify products accurately for customer orders.
• Select and organize customer items efficiently.
• Process payments and handle cash accurately.
• Bag, pack, and transport orders to customers.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Assist customers with questions and provide friendly service.
