Job summary

Walmart Canton Supercenter is seeking an Online Order Filling associate to ensure accurate online order fulfillment. You will locate, prepare, and package items, communicate substitutions when necessary, and coordinate with customers to ensure satisfaction at pickup.

This full-time role offers an hourly wage of $20 to $33, plus comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth within Walmart's widespread operations. Prior retail or order fulfillment experience is a plus.

The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional Compensation

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Online Order Filling associates have one focus: to fill and dispense online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring the accuracy of orders prior to pick up. They make appropriate product substitutions and consult with the customer as needed to ensure satisfaction.
