Job summary

Walmart Canton store is seeking Online Order Filling associates to efficiently locate, prepare, and package online orders for pickup. You will verify item accuracy, select appropriate substitutions when necessary, and ensure that each order is correctly prepared to meet customer expectations.

This role involves collaborating with customers and teammates, maintaining clean work areas, and adhering to safety and quality standards.

Hourly Wage

$19 - $32 per/hour

• The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
