Arhaus in Boston Heights, OH is seeking an Online Operations Specialist to support web and eCommerce client services. The role blends daily order processing, delivery coordination, returns handling, and documentation, with emphasis on accuracy and customer satisfaction.

This hybrid position requires onsite presence at the corporate office, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to multitask across teams to ensure smooth online operations and timely problem resolution.

• Handle daily tasks for online/web orders, including scheduling deliveries, verifying order accuracy, collecting balances, and processing order changes.
• Process returns, exchanges, adjustments, and cancellations for web orders and clients.
• Collaborate with Client Services, Logistics, Product, and management to resolve client issues.
• Prepare paperwork for online custom orders and assist with daily website sales order processing.
• Assist Sales and management with tasks such as pre-collections, product delays, and SKU corrections.

Description:

The Online Operations Specialist plays a key role in ensuringa high levelof customer satisfaction by executing day-to-day operational tasks on behalf of web and eCommerce clients. This position supports the web phone team by deliveringtimely,accurate, and professionalassistance, helping tomaintainseamless operations andpositivecustomer experience.

*This role is a Hybrid schedule requiring onsite presence in Boston Heights, OH Corporate Office.*

Key fundamental skill sets for this role will be:

• Consistentlymaintainsthecompanybrand standard of customer service during all internal and external communication.
• Contactsclientsdailyto schedule deliveries, check for accuracy on orders, collect balances,modifyorders, andprocessing ofappeasement transactions.
• Works to accurately process returns, exchanges, adjustments, cancellationsfor the web team and web client.
• Acts proactively when client issues arise and work with Client Services, Logistics, Product, and management and the customer to achieve an amicable solution on the client’s behalf.
• Preparesnecessarypaperwork for online custom orders.
• Process daily incoming website sales orders checking for accuracy and fraud.
• Acts inassistingour Sales team and management inadditionaltasks as needed by the department including but not limited to pre-collections, product delays, and sku corrections.
• Assistsas needed with reports,specialsprojects as they arise.
• Other duties asrequired.

Requirements:

• Years of experience: Minimum of 2years’customer service experience working in a multi-location,retail,or sales environment.
• Computerproficiency: proficient in MS Office [Outlook, Excel, Word] or similar suite.
• Dedicated to business and willing to adjust schedule and hours as needed to management needs of the department.
• Essential Functions of the Position:
• Performing tasks in a sitting position for extended periods of time.
• Repetitive movements.
• Lifting ofboxes and/or files of weights less than 25 lbs.
• Consistent regular scheduled attendance is considered an essential function of this job.
• Weekend hours arerequired
