Job summary

South College Nursing Online seeks candidates for an adjunct Master of Science in Nursing – Nursing Informatics faculty member. The position is online remote and reports directly Graduate Nursing Online Program Coordinator.

Qualifications

Doctorate in nursing with minimum 18 hours of related graduate coursework.
Current unrestricted RN license in a Nurse Licensure Compact state or willing to obtain TN licensure.
Minimum of 3 years experience in healthcare informatics.
Online teaching experience and informatics certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide mentorship, guidance, and professional support to students while modeling excellence in academic and professional practice.
Foster enthusiasm for learning and actively engage with individual students.
Integrate real-world career examples and professional expertise into course discussions and assignments.
Evaluate student work using rubrics and provide formative and summative feedback.
