Job summary
Chatham University is seeking an Assistant Professor of Nursing to teach online RN-BSN, MSN, or DNP programs. This full-time, 12-month faculty role reports to the Nursing Program Director and emphasizes student-centered instruction in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications
- Current unencumbered PA nursing license or eligibility for licensure in PA.
- Two nursing degrees, including a doctoral degree.
- Experience in curriculum development, program evaluation, and accreditation preferred.
- Online nursing teaching experience preferred.
- Defined clinical scholarly agenda.
- Must be able to travel to campus regularly.
Responsibilities
- Teach online courses in the RN-BSN, MSN, or DNP programs.
- Grade student work and provide timely feedback.
- Advise assigned nursing students.
- Participate in professional, university, and departmental service.
- Engage in a program of scholarship and course liaison duties.
- Maintain clear, timely communication with students, faculty and staff.
- Support continuous quality improvement.
