Job summary

ASU Prep Digital seeks a licensed educator to join our expanding team, delivering instruction across reading, writing, math, science, social studies, ESL, and more. You will implement ILPs, develop materials, and maintain clear communication with parents to support student progress.

Responsibilities include planning, adapting curricula to meet needs, coordinating with instructional staff, upholding confidentiality, and contributing to ongoing professional growth and school initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Education or post-baccalaureate education from an accredited college.
• Valid State Teaching Certificate; AZ preferred (endorsements may be required depending on area of instruction).
• Satisfactory criminal background check with DPS Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Professional verification of successful classroom teaching performance or student teaching experience.
• Any equivalent combination of experience, training and/or education will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Delivers instruction across core subjects and electives, adapting methods to meet student needs.
• Maintains open lines of communication with parents about academic and discipline issues.
• Develops lessons and ILP-related materials; prepares substitutes and planning resources.
• Assesses student progress and maintains confidentiality of information.
• Contributes to ongoing professional growth and collaboration with colleagues.
