Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in Healthcare Administration/Management from a regionally accredited program.
• Demonstrated potential to develop a successful research program and grant activity in Healthcare Administration.
• Successful teaching experience in a Healthcare Administration program in higher education.
• ABD at time of application may be considered; terminal degree must be conferred prior to start; Practice Track possible.
• Two or more years' experience in the Healthcare field with recognized accomplishments.
• Relevant licenses/certifications (CPA, FACHE, FACMPE) in Healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Teach a variety of graduate-level courses in the Master of Healthcare Administration program.
• Conduct research, publish articles, and write grants.
• Mentor students and provide community engagement and service to the program, school, college, university, and profession.
• Relocate to Southeast North Carolina or the Wilmington area and maintain a campus presence.
