Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking an Analyst for Online Merchandising Solutions to drive process improvement and supplier engagement for hd.com. You will manage projects, own deliverables, and build strong internal and external relationships to support data initiatives online.

You will monitor data transformation, resolve mapping and business rule issues, and ensure excellent supplier onboarding and customer service to Home Depot suppliers and partners.

Qualifications

• Must be eighteen years of age or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Bachelor’s degree is required.

Responsibilities

• Attend merchant meetings and identify and facilitate OMS requests.
• Responsible for assortment growth projects, status reporting, item troubleshooting, and attribute maintenance; serve as SME for product category online.
• Measure ongoing effectiveness of programs against metric targets; develop and execute enhancements and/or process optimization strategies.
• Troubleshoot and problem-solve for ongoing operational needs; author clear end-user training materials.
