Job summary

Vedantu Innovations Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a confident Online Maths Tutor (Part-Time / Hourly) to deliver live one-on-one and small-group online classes.

You will teach maths across Indian curricula (CBSE, ICSE, State Boards) and International curricula (US Common Core, IB, IGCSE). Remote work with hourly engagement across Indian and US time slots. The role requires at least 6 months of online tutoring experience in Maths, strong English communication, and familiarity with online ed-tech

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of online tutoring experience in Maths.
• Experience teaching both Indian and International curricula (preferred).
• Familiar with online ed-tech platforms such as Bhanzu, BrightChamps, UpGrad, Uprio, Talentgum, PlanetSpark or WhiteHat Jr (advantage).
• Excellent spoken English and communication skills with a patient teaching style.

Responsibilities

• Conduct live, interactive Maths sessions that are structured and student‑friendly.
• Explain concepts step by step on a digital pen tab or whiteboard.
• Adapt teaching to each student’s level, pace and learning style.
• Assess progress through practice questions, quizzes and doubt-solving.
• Keep sessions punctual and maintain high student engagement and retention.
• Share brief feedback on student progress when required.

About the Role

Requirements

• Excellent spoken English and communication skills, with a patient and engaging teaching style
• Strong command of Maths concepts for the grades you teach.

Compensation : Indian timings-250 per hour, US timings -300 per hour
