Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Marketing or related discipline with 18 graduate hours in teaching discipline.
• PhD in teaching discipline (preferred).
• Postsecondary teaching experience.
• Direct industry experience in marketing or related fields.
• Online teaching experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide instruction in theory and practical applications of the discipline.
• Prepare course syllabi using a provided template.
• Utilize current technology in the classroom/lab.
• Evaluate students’ progress and grade coursework.
• Ensure safety and security requirements are met in the discipline area.
• Meet with students and staff to discuss instructional programs.
• Prepare and maintain required documentation and reports.
• Assist with recruitment, retention, and job placement efforts.
