Job summary

Karl Malone Auto Group is seeking an Internet/Media Sales Inventory Coordinator to keep our online inventory accurate and appealing.

You'll photograph vehicles, post up-to-date listings, monitor pricing and details, and assist with basic marketing and follow-up with customers to ensure a great experience.

This role requires organization, comfort with cameras and computers, and the ability to work indoors/outdoors on the lot.

Qualifications

• Organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Comfortable using a camera and a computer.
• Self-motivated with strong time-management.
• Able to move around the lot and work indoors/outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Take photos of vehicles (cars, trucks, bikes, ATVs, UTVs, snowmobiles, trailers, watercraft, etc.).
• Make sure every unit has good pictures and is posted online.
• Keep pricing, descriptions, and details accurate and up to date.
• Check websites daily to ensure inventory looks clean and professional.
• Work with the team to get units cleaned and ready for photos.
• Help with basic marketing and social media when needed.
• Follow up with customers after purchase to ensure a great experience.
