Qualifications

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

As our Online/Internet Sales Member, your primary objective is to sell new compact tractors and turf equipment to customers in an online environment. You will be responsible for knowing and following a defined sales process which will ensure our customers have an exceptional experience when purchasing equipment online. Every day, you will communicate with customers via email, text, chat and phone, represent the company for the sale of machinery and solutions, and utilize financing options to assist customers with securing the purchase of new equipment. Picture yourself creating great relationships with customers, learning about their needs for equipment, using your knowledge and resources to fill those needs, and watching your career flourish! You will also use company-approved AI tools to improve efficiency, customer communication, product knowledge, and sales effectiveness. As an on-camera product expert for the Papé Toolkit YouTube channel, you will help create educational videos, equipment demonstrations, and product comparisons, filming with company-provided equipment while collaborating with Marketing for editing and postproduction. This position is based at the Papé Machinery Agriculture & Turf branch in Tangent, OR.

WHAT YOU NEED:

• 1+ year of sales experience, preferably with equipment.
• Knowledge of agricultural and turf equipment and farming or operational practices preferred.
• Ability to use a CRM tool to track all customer contact.
• Excellent customer relationship skills.
• Ability to analyze and interpret basic sales reports.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
• Willingness to work on Saturdays.
• Comfortable using AI-powered technology and presenting information on camera, with a willingness to develop skills in both areas.

Compensation:

$50,000- $60,00/yr (Depending on Experience) + Commission
