Must be coachable, open to feedback, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

Work one-on-one and in small groups with students receiving special education services.
Support instruction and IEP goals under licensed staff.
Help students stay organized, engaged, and on track.
Provide encouragement, redirection, and behavioral support as needed.
Connect with students via video, phone, messaging, and in person.
Track progress and communicate with teachers and families.
Be a consistent, positive adult students can count on.
