Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education or related field.
• Active state teaching license required or able to obtain.
• Endorsements in Technology Education or IT preferred; math/history/other areas may be considered.
• Virginia licensure preferred; must attend in-person PDs, testing, and school events.

Responsibilities

• Deliver course content online and provide instruction, support, and guidance to students.
• Monitor student progress through Stride K12 LMS; manage learning process and individual needs.
• Maintain grade book; determine placements and alert admins to performance concerns.
• Support learning coaches/parents with curricular questions and basic technical troubleshooting in virtual classroom.
