Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, efficient and friendly customer service by exhibiting care and patience in all customer interactions.
• Assist customers by escorting them to products, securing items, and assisting with loading or unloading heavy items.
• Accurately select groceries ordered online and ensure high-quality produce and other items.
• Process orders through POS and handle customer payments.
• Adhere to company policies and store guidelines and report to work on schedule.
