Fred Meyer, Inc. is seeking an Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk to select and assemble customer online orders with attention to freshness and quality, process coupons and payments, and load orders into customers' cars at pickup.

Responsibilities

• Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk works as In-Store Grocery Shopper responsible for selecting and gathering products for customers' online orders with emphasis on freshness and quality.
• In-Store Grocery Shopper initiates and completes the selection process for customers' online orders.
• Online Grocery Pick-Up team assembles orders, processes coupons and payment, and loads orders into customers' cars at pickup.
• In-Store Grocery Shopper scans and bags orders following bagging standards.
• E-Commerce team communicates substitutions or exceptions to customers at pickup.
• Meet/exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness and cleanliness.
• Adhere to local, state, and federal laws, food safety procedures, and company guidelines.
• Read and follow directions and ensure order accuracy.
• Provide positive customer service体验 that encourages return to online shopping.
