Job Description

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, focusing on freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars during pickup. Provide excellent customer service that encourages repeat online shopping. Demonstrate core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions:

• Responsibly select and gather products for online orders, ensuring quality and freshness.
• Initiate and complete the order selection process.
• Assemble orders, process transactions, and load orders into customers' vehicles.
• Scan and bag items following standards, communicate substitutions or issues, and maintain cleanliness.
• Follow safety, food safety, and legal guidelines.
• Ensure order accuracy and quality, respond to customer calls professionally.
• Assist in training new team members and meet productivity standards.
• Perform opening and closing procedures and report equipment issues.
• Manage conflicts calmly and act with integrity.

Qualifications

Minimum Position Qualifications:

• Ability to work independently
• Ability to read shelf tags
• Basic math skills
• Excellent communication skills

Desired Experience:

• Experience as a personal shopper, warehouse, stocking, or cashier roles.
