Job Description

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars for pickup. Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat online shopping. Responsibilities

1. Select and gather products for online orders, maintaining quality and freshness.
2. Initiate and complete the selection process for customer orders.
3. Assemble orders, process transactions, and load orders into customers' cars.
4. Scan and bag items following standards.
5. Communicate substitutions or issues to customers at pickup.
6. Ensure shopping ease, variety, cleanliness, and freshness.
7. Follow safety, legal, and company guidelines.
8. Store and organize products appropriately.
9. Follow directions and note instructions carefully.
10. Maintain cleanliness of staging areas and equipment.
11. Report discrepancies and equipment issues.
12. Perform opening and closing procedures.
13. Assist in training new team members.
14. Meet productivity standards and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
15. Manage conflicts professionally and act with integrity.
16. Support interactions with minors, individuals with special needs, and seniors.
