Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival. Provide a positive customer service experience that encourages repeat online shopping. In-Store Grocery Shoppers initiate and complete order selection. The Online Grocery Pick-Up team assembles orders, processes payments, and loads orders into customers' cars. They scan and bag items, following bagging standards, and communicate any order substitutions or issues to customers during pick-up.

Responsibilities include meeting customer expectations for shopping ease, variety, freshness, and cleanliness, adhering to all laws and safety procedures, storing products in optimal conditions, and ensuring order accuracy and quality.

Additional duties involve communicating with customers via phone, following POS procedures, managing substitutions, maintaining cleanliness, reporting discrepancies, inspecting equipment, and assisting in training new team members.

The role requires productivity, cooperation in a high-paced environment, conflict management, honesty, integrity, and the ability to support diverse customer needs, including minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults. Reasonable accommodations should be provided as needed.
