Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival for pickup. Job Responsibilities:

• Initiate and complete the selection process for customers' online orders in-store.
• Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars for pickup.
• Scan and bag orders efficiently while following all bagging standards.
• Communicate any substitutions or exceptions to customers at the time of pickup.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing a seamless shopping experience with emphasis on variety, freshness, and cleanliness.
• Follow all food safety laws, procedures, and company guidelines.
• Store products in optimal temperature zones, ensuring quality and freshness.
• Read and follow all order notes and instructions carefully.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment.
• Report discrepancies and equipment issues to management promptly.
• Assist in training new team members and perform opening and closing procedures.
• Meet or exceed productivity standards and work cooperatively in a high-paced environment.
• Manage conflicts professionally and act with honesty and integrity.
• Support interactions with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults as needed.
