Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars during pickup. Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat online shopping. Job Responsibilities:

• Initiate and complete the selection process for customers' online orders.
• Assemble orders, process payments, and deliver/load orders during pickup.
• Follow all bagging standards while scanning and bagging items.
• Communicate with customers about substitutions or exceptions during pickup.
• Ensure order accuracy, quality, and freshness of all items.
• Store products in optimal temperature zones and follow safety procedures.
• Respond professionally to customer calls and inquiries.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment.
• Report discrepancies or equipment issues to management.
• Assist in training new team members and meet productivity standards.
• Work cooperatively in a high-paced environment and manage conflicts appropriately.
• Follow all policies, laws, and safety guidelines, including supporting minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
