Job Description

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars at store pickup. Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat online shopping. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for selecting and gathering products for online orders, focusing on efficiency, freshness, and quality.
• Initiate and complete the selection process for online orders.
• Assemble orders, process payments, and deliver/load orders into customers' cars.
• Scan and bag orders following all standards.
• Communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers during pickup.
• Meet or exceed customer expectations regarding shopping ease, variety, freshness, and cleanliness.
• Follow all safety, legal, and company guidelines.
• Store products in appropriate temperature zones and ensure order accuracy.
• Respond professionally to customer calls and inquiries.
• Ensure quality and freshness of all items.
• Load orders into customers' cars accurately.
• Process orders through POS system and handle substitutions for out-of-stock items.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of staging areas and equipment.
• Report discrepancies and equipment issues to management.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Assist in training new team members.
• Maintain productivity standards and work cooperatively in a high-paced environment.
• Manage conflicts professionally and act with honesty and integrity.
• Support interactions with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
